Really unimpressed with this location. I submitted a mobile order right before entering the store, for 2 coffees. 10 minutes... later my order still wasn't ready at the mobile order pickup area. I had to stand in the line and ask the cashier if they knewabout it. Turns out they had it ready, they were just storing it somewhere else and not at the mobile pickup. Such a waste oftime. This Tim Hortons location in Nipigon, Ontario is the worst I have ever seen! When I was there today there was alot of flies on... the doughnuts , and I mean alot . This place is horrible for service , the bathroom is always dirty and never stocked withtoilet paper! ..and when you tell the staff about it they don't do anything! The waiting time is ridiculous! The staff is okaybut not very helpful! They pay more attention to the drive thru customers then the actual people inside ordering... I would notrecommend anyone go there! There were a lot of issues with my experience. First of all, I ordered via the app for pick up, the employees had arranged my... order but simply forgot about it. I waited for around 10 minutes, then I asked about my order that was placed behind them, thenthey handed to me. I ordered a croissant that I put the option to be toasted and it wasn?t. The Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl wasgood. The Passionfruit Tea Lemonade Quencher did not taste good, it seemed like that they forgot to put the passionfruit andlemonade. 4th time this happens. 1 hour before closing we entered the store. Employee almost shouted at us. (WE HAVE NO FOOD) in very rude... and in unprofessional manner. And just offering coffee. Suggestion: If you want to eat something plan ahead. Because probablythey will not serve you anything but coffee. Read more
It?s busy as it is the only Tim Hortons easily accessible for truckers before Hearst and after Dryden. Sometimes your hot coffee... turns into cold coffee until the rest of your order arrives. Other times it's quick as a flash. It depends on workers and theirquickness. Read more
Makes no difference if you order on the app before you arrive at this restaurant, you are still forced to wait in line with... everyone else to get your order. Complete waste of time using the Tim's app at this location. Read more
