Nah this Pilot owner likes money they have lots of paid parking for semi trucks cost me $18.66 per night They have free parking... but not a lot I came Tuesday 5pm free parking full but Paid parking was empty ????? Stopped in to get coffee. The coffee brewer coffee machines were out of coffee. The only operable ones were the the ones that... have the beans in them, or so appears. Personally, I and apparently others prefer the brewed coffee as the machine that has thebeans in it makes the coffee foamy and is more like instant. Then I went and bought a danish which, upon biting into itdiscovered it was moldy. I returned and was asked by the manager if I wanted another. No. I went to Wendy's and got a sandwich.Then, upon getting my refund for the Danish, the lady at the register needed the manager so she called for her as there wereseveral people in line by now. The female manager, I'm stating this because there was a male I saw earlier, upon coming to theassistance of the cashier, audibly stated That she was not to be called and that they had already had this conversation. Myadvice to this arrogant female is if you are going to be in a manager position and you cannot come to the aid of an employee whoneeds it, then you need to resign. After empty coffee machines and a moldy danish, maybe it's the manager who needs a humblingadmonishment. Usually this place is pretty good but today it is seriously lacking in the management dept. Tried to get fuel and def. Have stopped many times before. Pump 27 was having computer problems. Went inside to ask for pump to... be turned on.,said I had to give them a set amount?? I was filling up. And the cashiers were more concerned about gossip ratherthan helping. They could've turned pump on and kept the card. Instead they act like I inconvenienced them. I will never stopat a pilot again. EVER and I know my opinion doesn't matter but there it is.c Read more

I don't care if it is a newer remodeled store. Employees would rather talk than work. NO FOOD. NO WENDYS. NOT EVEN ANY BREAKFAST... ITEMS TO MICROWAVE. 0500 in the morning and I would like to get coffee and something for breakfast and head down the road. Nothere. Coffee machines empty.
