Nice, very clean, newly equipped cabins very close to the Kenai Fair grounds for any events there. Comfortable beds and nice... shower. Small but well suited for two adults (and a couple small kids). Read more

We found our cabin to be very clean with comfortable beds. It was on the small side so is best suited for two adults and maybe... one child. The heater worked very well. The owners had bottles of water chilling in the fridge which we appreciated, as well asdisposable plates and cutlery in the cupboard. A microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge with a tiny freezer were also in thecabin. There were disposable slippers left for us to wear, which was a nice touch since it is requested that guests not wearshoes in the cabin. We also appreciated the on demand hot water tank; it made for some comfortable showers. There were twothings that we would have liked to have had during our stay: a t.v. and an outdoor fire pit. We would probably stay here againif we were in the area. Read more

Fourth time here, Kevin and Taz never disappoint! Clean, comfy and close to world class halibut and fly fishing. You cannot beat... it. Nicer amenities then high priced hotels in Anchorage or Fairbanks. See you again next year! Read more

Discover all the hidden fees before you stay. Was afraid to eat in the cabin. I had a service dog but cost me an extra fiftye... dollars cleaning fee. I was so stressed I used a lint roller on the black sofa afraid she'd see a single dog hair. Read more

The cafe was fantastic had reindeer sausage for breakfast. The lodge wasn't worth it. 2 full beds, great bath and shower. Tiny... refrigerator does not hold a gallon of milk upright. Small microwave on top of fridge. No TV. I would contact Lauri Wachholtz onoil can road about 1 mile away. She has a beautiful full cabin with everything for $150 per night for 2 people. She also makes amean moosebuger. I would get my charter out of the nininchek ask for Garrett out of Homer. He is great and will put you on fish. Read more

What a cozy cabin! When my boyfriend and I we're looking for somewhere to stay on the way to Homer and this was the perfect spot... for my boyfriend and I. The hosts we're very hospital and happy to answer any and all questions we had about ourstay. Regarding the accommodations the cabin was like a tiny house with all the amenities! The beds were very comfortable, theshower had a wonderful rainfall shower head, and there was a counter space that was perfect for planning out our travels. I havealready passed on the info to my family in Anchorage, so I can honestly say I would highly recommend this location to friendsand family! Read more

We had a large group who rented 3 of the 5 cabins available. My family (2 adults, toddler, infant) stayed in Cabin 5. We all had... a wonderful experience. Everything was extremely clean, fresh linens, etc. The beds were very comfortable. They feel quite newalso. The bathroom has an on demand heater and its remodeled. We were able to slide a pack and play under the countertops tohide some light and have more room. The owners were very friendly, accommodating, and it was an easy checkin. We even had someissues with our fishing charter, and they allowed us to check out late with no problem. I highly recommend staying here! Read more
