Walked over to have breakfast. Dinning room not open till 9am. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Waste of time.

It took almost 45 minutes in the drive thru to get our food, this place takes forever to wait on their customers, inside or... drive thru. Such slow service almost always. Read more

The food is always good and they usually get my order correct but the customer service here is always terrible. I?ve worked in... fast food and retail most of my life and just can?t understand why people feel the need to be so rude. I try to be nice andfriendly but the people here just seem miserable. Ice machine broken. Wouldn't have bought a large $9 value meal had I known. Staff was cross. Not from the area so it's... inconvenient for me to call the store for a replacement. They should make their customers aware of such things before theypurchase. Read more
It?s not the best Wendy?s location, but at least the food has always been hot and fresh the times I?ve gone here. The downside... is when you eat in. They have two of the fancy coke machines where you can get so many different combinations of drinks andflavors, but last time I went, half of the options were missing. Also, it was FREEZING inside. The service was fast but my food was cold. I don't care how much money I spend at a restaurant or what I purchase. If it's... supposed to be hot I want it hot. I shouldn't have to ask for hot food. The new strawberry ice was cold though and it was prettygood ????went back to the same Wendy's in Sept 2022. I purchased book of coupons for Jr. Frosty's to support a special cause. Iused one of those coupons with my order. When I made it home I noticed it wasn't in my order,called back and spoke with Robert(Mgr) advised him they failed to give me all of my order and yes I was irritated, I mentioned how customer service isn't how itused to be to the person I was with, he asked what did I say? I said I wasn't talking to him, he then said he doesn't like mytone and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, he hung up, I called back he hung up again. All I wanted was my order.Reported his actions to cooperate and never heard anything. He did mention that he didn't care whether I reported him or not. Isuppose nothing was ever done about it. He never apologized for his actions or what his employees failed to do. Read more
