We got sandwiches for lunch for the first time. My husband brought them home from Nile?s location (15-20 minute drive). When I... opened my smoked turkey, the lettuce is brown and slimy. So was my husbands Italian sub. The lettuce, It is gross lettuce. WhenI called to tell the owners, they offered for me to bring it back and they make a new one, but we were already home. It?s toofar to drive for their error. I was also told that the lettuce is fresh. I wish they would?ve at least offered to redeemthemselves at a future date instead of the only option to be a 20 minute drive back right now. We will never be back. Read more
Incredibly slow getting food. 1 gyro was warm at best the other was cold. Our order sat under lamp for some time. Was not busy... just no ambition from employees. Very dissatisfied. Read more

I love their food. The staff is always great. The restaurant is always very very clean. I was just disappointed tonight because... they?re open until 9. I got there at 8:51. I know it?s cutting it close, but that?s still enough time to get an order in. Thedoor was already locked and they were already cleaning everything up inside. Nobody came to the door. They had even alreadyturned their open sign around to say ?closed?. I remember having good Roman burgers since I was young. This location gives half sliced tomatoes, half the amount of lettuce and... half the deli slices. My friend had a hot butter cheesesteak with barely and mushrooms or onions.. I USED to crave Mr. Hero,thanks for ruining that for me. Read more
