Whoever was the cashier on 06/18/22 at 1:00 pm was extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. Please, if you want... customers to come back, provide her some customer service training or assign her to a position where she will not be dealingwith consumers. Otherwise, let her go. We have been ordering here for work parties, but after this incident, we will have to goelsewhere for pick-up. There was no delivery driver available at the time so delivery was not an option. Order cancelled twice on two separate occasions because they didn't have a driver. Jimmy John's should close out deliveries... online or pay their workers more, so that drivers think it's worth it over doing Uber Eats. I'll take my money to Jersey Mikes. Read more

I order online they hadn?t even started making my sandwich until I walked in. There were no customers in the restaurant when i... arrived and left. What?s the purpose of customizing your sandwich thru the online ordering just for them to ask how you want itand still not make it the way you asked for. I see many bad reviews for this location so I see my negative experience at thisplace is not the only one. Their whole sales pitch is freaky fast but I still had to wait while they made my sandwich eventhough I ordered online. I?ll just avoid this location because it?s not like this at the countless other JJs I have visited. Read more
