I just picked up a mini #6, the cashier with the glasses and facial hair gave me my sandwich. I said thank you, he looked at me... and said nothing back. Customer service needs improvement. UPDATE 7/9/22: I posted this review last Monday on July 4th, thenext day the owner or manager of the business responded, asking me to reach out to them via email so they could rectify theissue, which I did. 3 days later and I've heard nothing back from them. I'm guessing this is the type of standard lip servicethat many businesses will reply with under negative reviews to look like they care, but then don't follow through with what theysay. The staff was overwhelmed with customers when k showed up for lunch at 11:55am. However, because the staff was in sync, and at... the lead, Esmeralda, I was in and out (meal finished) within 20 minutes. The Italian sub was OK, better than I thought it'd be. The surprise for me was getting a Philly Steak sandwich withOUT the... cheese (ugh. who the heck thought of -that-?! Ruining perfeckly good beef with a layer of goop?) and watching my endenturalfriend be able to eat it...and it was pretty darn good with their sweet onion sauce, should have bought a Large.
