I just want to write a complement about 2 beautiful ladies & tell them thank you ( Elham & Lida ) , they work at Dunkin?... Donuts at 7039 W Dempster St, Niles, IL 60714 I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my 9 years old daughter she asked for aminion ice cream cake , just want to tell you that Elham made such a beautiful beautiful minion from ice cream I can?t thankher enough , she made my daughter?s day & ours We had so many of our guests complementing us on this beautiful birthday icecream cake. Everyone asked where we purchased it & of course we told them from ddn . Bravo & thank you for the most beautiful& delicious birthday ice cream cake for our daughter?s 9th birthday . So very happy! They don?t know how to make Hash-browns anymore. It?s ALWAYS burnt around the edges and chewy like rubber, every single time. I... like next door too so whenever I come in the middle of the night for a midnight snack or early breakfast, it?s ALWAYSburnt. Wednesday 1:15am two girls behind the counter with attitude. I was standing at the register to order over 5 minutes while those... two girls ignored me and talking to each other by the drive threw window. I approached them and asked if I can order I havebeen waiting by the register the blond young lady said your need to order from this side (which is service area by the drivethrew) I Asked how would I know that, she ignored me and asked what would you like to order (shocking). I asked for two coffeewith Splenda cream and unsweetened hazelnut plus avocado toast. While she was ringing me up the dark hair girl come up and askme how would you like in your coffee so I answered saying I just told your coworker, with an attitude she says ?well I?m makingthe coffee so you need to tell me? at this point I?m so shocked and wondered if I?m really at a Dunkin donut. I decided to justtell her how I want the coffee to avoid problems but then I only get 1 coffee ????, I had to explain that I ordered two I haveno clue if those girls are having a bad day or that?s the service level that Dunkin is offering now. I occasionally come here for the iced coffee I enjoy it. However, this time I gave it a try with getting a latte and it wasn't... good I also ordered a food item that was made wrong but overall the customer service is always excellent and I love their icedcoffee just not a fan of their food.
