Awesome place! Jazmine, Naomi, and Michelle are my favorites! Food is amazing and always a good time! Managed very well and very... friendly place. The managers Daniel and Kevin are extremely helpful when you need them. The bouncer Jason is one of my goodbuddies and we clicked almost immediately, super cool dude! Food was good but our waitress kept messing up. My friend asked if they had ginger ale, which our waitress said they did. She... then comes back with a cup with sprite & coca cola mixed together & said we don't actually carry ginger ale. Then when I placedmy food order, I said I wanted the 18 jumbo wings with 4 specific flavors. She comes back with boneless wings & said she couldonly do 3 of the flavors & if I wanted the other flavor on the side after the fact that she brought my wings out already. It'sjust weird cause I've gotten those wings plenty of times there & they always let me get 4 flavors. Then, to end the night wewanted separate checks & she brought the checks but when she went to go charge them she switched checks & my friends check endedup on my card so I just said it's fine & she charged both checks on my card. She also only checked on us once & didn't evenintroduce herself. I'm pretty sure she was either high or drunk but either way that's not how you serve customers. The service was awful. The waitress (Bianca) was rude & disrespectful to me and my friend the entire time. Notified a manager... calmly about the uncomfortable situation and was offered a refund and told to call. But once I did some woman proceeded toaggressively tell me to call the police if I was unsatisfied with the service because ?I drank the drinks? when that wasn?t theissue.. Came in with some friends to get late dinner and some drinks. Food was delicious, we got pizza and wings and Greek fries. They... also had $20 beer bucket special. The service however was HORRENDOUS. Our server Violetta seemed in a rush to take our order,and once we had our food and drinks she did not check on us once! I had to flag down 2 other staff members so we could get to goboxes and our checks. Very disappointing considering the good food. I Recommend maybe sitting at bar or ordering out from here. Read more
