Their dining room was closed due to low staffing so we had ta eat in the car. Not the end of the world, but we'd been looking... forward ta bein able ta eat inside. The food was, as always, utterly, sinfully delicious, and the service was excellent. We wereassisted by a bright-eyed young man who was articulate and friendly, and this was very much appreciated. We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and paid $12.77. The sandwiches were about 1/2 the size they used to be, and the... Turkey Club had rotten lettuce on it. Feeling ripped off is bad...almost getting sick is inexcusable. Threw out more than weate. Read more
We waited over 20 minutes for a small roast beef and a roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. Paid $12.77. Sandwiches were about half... the size they used to be, and my turkey came with a bonus- possible salmonella from rotted lettuce. There is no way to excusethe lettuce. They saw exactly what they put on my sandwich. If you want to get sick, this is your place. Read more

It was my first time ever at and Arby's. The chocolate shake was fire ????, the curly fries they were good, but that sandwich.... The new Burger ???? not for me & I Love a good hamburger w/cheese but that wasn't that. Read more
My favorite place to eat. Arby?s has a wide selection of sandwiches to choose from. I usually pick up a delicious Jalapeno bacon... ranch chicken wrap. It's a wonderful wrap. Everything tastes FRESH - the lettuce, red onion and tomato. Incredibly delicious.And what I loved the most is their Mozzarella sticks dip to the marinara sauce. Staff was Incredibly courteous, polite,efficient and on point to their work. They ensure that you are satisfied to their service and especially to their food. It wasquick service. I love their freshly made sandwiches and their friendly service. No rolling of eyes here. ???? Update on May 30, 2022: lost 1 ?... I bought the limited time only Waigu beef burger that is extra premium beef that's supposed to be served medium rare. Theycooked it well done, which toughened the patty and defeated the purpose of paying more for premium beef. I know they are used tocooking everything well done, but please learn how to serve this new product properly. We are paying more for it. Update June2, 2022 They got their star back. I returned and ordered the Waigu beef and they cooked it as they were promoted, medium-well. Read more
First of all since when does Arby's not sell hot ham and cheese sandwiches? I step to the counter to place my order, the CSR... takes His time to count his drawer, (no problem) but at least acknowledge the fact that I am a paying customer and you will bewith me shortly. I place my order to dine in, when it's ready of course it's all bagged up. I mention it's for dine in, the CSRplaces the food bag on a tray, previously he placed a ladies order on her food tray. I attempted to fill my cup with ice for mydrink, no ice in the machine so I asked the manager to fill my cup, the look on the managers face clearly said I was a totalinconvenience. Read more
