Absolutely wonderful! Really, I can't recommend it enough. I saw none of the issues mentioned in other reviews, my wife's... Delmonico steak was "incredibly good" and the chicken I had was excellent. The waitress was very kind and notably patient withsome other older guests. Five stars and we'll definitely be back. Read more

BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! The dining experience here was horrible! I've eaten at a PJ Clarke in Philly and it was great... that's why we made a reservation at this location. The service was subpar but the food was a disgrace I can't put it intowords.Do your family a favor and avoid this restaurant at all costs! I love to give good reviews but can't find a reason to dothat here Read more

10/10 would absolutely eat here again. They took our reservation 30 minutes to close. The food was absolutely incredible. I... can't normally eat bread, but had no problem with their rolls. And our waitress was so kind about the amount of bread I was soexcited to be able to eat. This was a birthday dinner for me and I am thrilled we had our waitress at this restaurant. Happydinning everyone:) Read more

We made reservations, took over an hour to get our food. The wait isn't what bothered us. During our wait our waitress... apologized, once saying we'll comp dessert. Then as the hr passed said the manager will come by and speak with you. We did notask for this. Our food finally arrived and it was very good. After we get our check the manager came to our table, with anattitude saying "You want to talk to me?" I said no the waitress said a manager was gonna talk to us about the long wait. Themanager proceeded to tell me she checked our order and from the time the waitress placed the order and it left the kitchen itwas 40 mins. Now would there be anything else? When the waitress came back with our receipt I told her she put us in anuncomfortable situation, she said oh must have been miscommunication. We never got the comp dessert she promised. Read more

EDIT: After they reached out to me on this review I called the restaurant. I spoke to someone who took my information and said... the manager would call me back. That was a week ago, no call yet... they seem to respond here to look like they care, when theyreally don't. We went here for New Year's Eve and definitely won't go back. I'd like to say I have bartended for over 10 years, and enjoy eating at high end restaurants, so maybe my expectations were too high. But our meal was almost $500 withgratuity. For starters they do not have a cocktail menu. I thought we weren't given one by mistake, so I went to the bar to askfor one. The bartender was sassy about it and said she can make 300 drinks so they don't need a cocktail menu. Jon Taffer issomewhere shaking his head over this one... Back at the table we ordered a martini with blue cheese olives and a mojito. Theydidn't have the ingredients to make either one. I ordered a French 75, the waitress came back saying they can't make that eitherbecause they don't have Chambord. Chambord doesn't go into a French 75. When she came back I told her what goes into the drink. It took a while and I saw three people behind the bar trying to figure out my cocktail. I did get it though. We went here overMoxie, P.S., and McCoy's because they advertised beef wellington. When we asked about it the waitress said the marketingdepartment messed up and pictured beef wellington, but the dish was actually different. We ordered it anyway. Three beef specialentrees arrived cold. I didn't want to make a fuss after the cocktail incident so I didn't say anything. Two others in my partyfelt the same way. It wasn't until the car ride home we realized we all had cold entrees. We got two desserts, and they wereboth awful. The key lime pie had a nasty texture, and the crust was full of cinnamon. The creme brulee was so sweet it wasinedible. Our server was friendly and positive, but our dinner was just awful and I will not go back here Read more

We live in Binghamton and went to PJ Clarke's before an event at Tioga Downs. We had never been to Clarke's before. This place... was excellent. I will definitely be making the trip back! Underrated jewel of a restaurant in the So. Tier. Our party had thesteaks, chicken, and seafood. The sides were also excellent. All was so delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff wasgracious, attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back Read more

The service was good, but the food was not. They neglected to clean the shrimp, leaving the vein in (gross…) and tails on, and... the broccoli was dirty. The swordfish was flavorless and served on plain white rice, and unevenly cooked. The calamari was superrubbery, the only saving grace was the server was very friendly and did a good job. Read more

Just had breakfast here and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. There was only one server at the time but Josh... did an excellent job of taking our requests and getting our food to us in a really short amount of time. The portions were hugeand the food was hot and delicious. Read more
