This location always gets my on site or mobile order correct! Very friendly, always smiling! They iteract- not just hand me a... bag & I drive off. Thus is much improved than the past few years. I've liked using the McDs app, but it still stumps mesometimes. Like the rewards! Read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in nicholasville. Constantly and consistently messing up orders. I don't know when it became so... complicated to read a screen and place the correct order in the bag instead of forgetting items that inturn causes you to haveto double back to get what they've already taken your money for , so now not only did they mess your order up and take theirsweet time to correct it your other food is now cold I'm not sure about most people but when I pay for food I expect it to beHOT !
