I gave them a star rating of 2 due to the fact that over the past year when my husband and I decide to have godfathers pizza we... try to call both the gas station and the number for this fathers pizza; the gas station phone number says it has been suspendedand then the number for godfathers just rings. When I went into the station to order I asked about the phone situation and thegentleman at the register said he would go check and came back with the answer of ?The phone is in a bucket of water.? Obviouslythis is not customer service and this problem needs to be addressed. Read more

Absolutely love the pizza, but the lazy employees never answer the phone. Would love if an all new staff was hired and properly... trained to do their jobs! The pizza is so good, this company could make a killing! But terrible employees will kill a businessquick! Read more
Good pizza but they legit will let the phone ring until you hang up. One day I left it ringing for 20 minutes to see if anyone... would answer and they never did. If you want pizza you'll have to go in order and wait for it...
