Lost a long term customer tonight. I have covid and can't get to the store. I am feeling better and felt like eating today but... nothing here at home. Quarantine not up for few more days. Submitted order at 9:10 or so online. System accepted the order.Received a call saying that the company can't keep workers so couldn't deliver my food. I have spent several hundred dollars atnicholasville location. Not anymore. Last few times quality has been off anyways. The last pizza I got was a mess. Looked likeit had been dropped. I paid for extra toppings...they never add them. And now refusing to deliver when their online system isaccepting orders and they are not closed. Don't advertise if u can't meet demands or don't have an emergency plan for lack ofworkers. Read more
Great food!! Not a lot of space for dine in, and no restrooms. Took our ball team up there after a tournament. Everyone loved... the food. Read more

Ordered 3 pizzas and cheese sticks at 6:30 pm. After One hour , I called and they told me that it would be another 30 minutes.... At 8:05 pm , I called back and the man who answered told me that his delivery driver decided to take four orders at once andshouldn?t have. I asked when my order would be delivered and again was told 30 minutes. My ordered arrived at 8:45 pm. When Ianswered the door the lady who was delivering had blood going down her leg and stated that they have her taking four orders outat a time. Hmmm. She then handed me an order and I immediately said ? this is not my order ? she said ? you are Chelsea,correct?? No, that?s not my name. She went back to her car and looked for my order. She replied ? I?m sorry? they have medelivering all these orders at the same time?. She asked me my name and said oh , okay here it is. Takes my Norse out puts it onher trunk and proceeds to open the boxes. She said they were all mixed up. When she gave me my order the boxes were dented inand the largest pizzas box was flattened. I ordered two marina sauces and did not get them. The pizza was cold and cheese hadalready started to harden. I will never order from this place again. Poor management, poor customer service. If you don?t haveenough drivers ? then get out and help the girl who is trying to get all the orders out on time. Read more
Can't seem to consistently make a decent pizza. Had some really great pizzas here but had some really terrible ones also. I'm... from Chicago....I know what Chicago style pizza is....you don't need to try to explain, especially if you're wrong. Pizzeria Unois not Chicago style pizza....what you seem to think is Chicago style, is not Chicago style pizza. Go look up Lou Malnati's orGiordano's or Gino's East. The pizza is always 5 stars, but the calzones are usually a miss. I regularly order from the Big City in Richmond and the... presentation/overall assembly of their calzones is much better. Ordered tonight but the bread was burnt/cracked on the top yetstill undercooked below. Love the pizza, but won?t order a calzone from this location again. Read more
The food is pretty good but make sure you check your order before you leave. We ordered a stuffed crust but instead got a deep... dish that we were not expecting. Wasn't a big fan of it but it was decent. Online it said that it was $15 but when we paid theytry to charge us $25 for it. My online receipt said that it was a pizza with stuffed crust. Crust was hollow and burned on thebottom. It was just a medium pizza and I was just expecting to have crust with cheese in it but instead I had a second layer ofmarinara and Parmesan on top of the Bronx pizza. I was glad to not have to pay the extra $10 so that was nice. Read more
Found fly in one of our pizzas. Pizza itself was pretty good but finding a crispy fly among the bacon bits was pretty... disgusting. My sister literally almost threw up when she realized she almost picked a fly instead of bacon off the pizza. Read more
