Breakfast Saturday morning. They were very busy. It took awhile to get our meal. Maybe 15 mins. We ate inside. It was clean.... Staff was very professional. Food came out hot. Honey Chicken biscuit was delicious. Cinnamon roll was hot and gooey! Biscuitsand gravy was hot and Biscuits were perfectly cooked.Worth the wait! Read more

Guys, I had the craziest experience at Whataburger in Bluewater Bay today. I went to the drive thru and only had to wait for one... car ahead of me to order. The person who took my order was courteous and engaging, they went ahead and asked if I needed anycondiments. Got to the pick up window within a few minutes, was treated friendly again and was handed my food with condimentsand napkins all ready to go in the bag. Pulled over to a nice shady spot and open my bag to find my large fry box had theappropriate and adequate amount of hot perfectly salted fries. My succulent burger had been prepared and wrapped as if it wasbeing presented to a King of a sovereign nation. It was literally one of the most satisfying meals I've ever had. I've never hadthis experience from most of our local whataburgers in the area. Read more
Horrible experience!!! Only two customers in the store, I was at the counter for 8 minutes before I was greeted. Two managers... and four crew members walked by me. I had placed an online order and went inside at the assigned time. When the manager finallyasked if I had been helped I told her no. When I showed her my online receipt, I was told biscuits are cooking, but theycouldn't tell me how much longer. I asked for a refund. The manager just said "I'm sorry" several times. I drove to McDonald'sand ordered and got my food in less time than I was standing at the Whataburger counter. Read more
Very friendly staff and they're faster than most drive thru fast-food restaurants. They made sure my order was triple checked... for accuracy. We love Whataburger sandwiches! Only wish we had one in our home of Dothan, AL. Read more
The line was long, but they had a very nice young lady out in the 88° taking orders. Paid by card so Paid with her, drove to... the window got our fabulously yummy milkshakes and was pulled ahead to get food. Nice lady verified my order and gave us food.The food was great! Highly recommend the bacon avacado burger and the strawberry malt and the dr pepper milkshake... so????yummy. Read more
First visit since COVID-19 and it was amazing. I accidentally sat in a closed seating area, I spilled my entire drink in my lap,... and dropped my phone in the ketchup. I don't even remember eating my fries. The staff was great and very accommodating. Muchappreciation to the Lyft driver for not taking my wallet and pushing me out in a dark neighborhood. She even help me order $33of Whataburger. I woke up laying on the sidewalk (Ross Dress for Less) with half a publix turkey cranberry sub and a some padThai. I am allergic to peanuts BTW. Read more
I came in the drive through at 2 am. Was fast csuse there weren't other cars in line. Even with the late night hour they still... had fresh fries and nothing tasted or felt like it had been sitting a while. I had no real issues. Read more
