Management was awful. No one came to the counter for 5 min. Had to ask someone to come over and help us. Then went to the back... and started talking about how unpatient we were loud so we could hear. Just had to walk out. Read more
Unimpressed. Front of house staff are rather curt, verging on rude. Food was ok. Somehow it cost more for the same food from the... counter than it did from the self serve (card reader was out of order). Bathrooms had no hand soap or sanitizer. My fries were crunchy, my wife never got her fries!!! We were fine in customers. Burger was very bland.
This was our first visit since and prior to COVID we frequented any Costa Family McDonald's because they're know for being the... absolute best for cleanliness, staffing, and professionalism. This store is dead to me now. We spent $32 for lunch at thislocation. Burgers and Nugget were as expected and mediocre. The Chocolate Shake was barely cold and runny. I promptly returnedit to the counter and was giving no explanation. I refused a replacements and took a refund. The absolute most disappointingthing about this visit was, the people working the counter were running out of fries and instead of making more, they shortedall the fry orders. At the counter I was able to dump all the large fries into ONE large box! I totally get inflation andunderstand the food cost dictate $3.79 for a large fries, BUT give me what I pay for!!! They were lazy, it wasn't busy and therewas NO EXCUSE! They were counting on us leaving and not checking the bags. The General Manager gave me a refund on my shake andremade the fries. NOT that I was expecting more from her, but her attitude about the whole embarrassing situation was very poor. We really miss our old Costa Family McDonald's ???? Read more
McDonald's has definitely gone downhill over the years. I used to go here for the kids happy meals but I put an end to that. The... food can't be healthy and it doesn't even taste good anymore. Read more
Very rude! I stopped and asked for directions and even though the guy taking orders tried to help one of the line employees... acted very rude and refused to help. Just goes to show you who's making your food. Very bad character on his part. 0/10 wouldNOT recommend Read more
Very disappointed in service. Two times I went through the drive through the card reader didn?t work. Tried different cards.... Nothing. The cards were working fine. The guy at the window says he has no idea why and dismissed me. Ended up parking andwalking in with a crying baby in a car seat and toddler. Went to the kiosk and the card worked instantly. Talked to the manager,and could careless. Ended up spilling all our fries just trying to walk out with two kids and two sodas. Oh and one of the cupsthey handed me to fill up had mold in it. Asked for crispy fries, they were cold and not crispy. Asked for shakes they were runny and not even cold. Never go back,... horrible experience.. Read more
