Jersey Mike's. Yall know what you're getting here. Good subs. I'm writing about something else. I frequent this location, once... or twice a month, and in always met by happy people making food. But this last time I was in my order was messed up. Thathappens, no big deal. What is a big deal (at least to me) is that the man behind the counter instantly recognized me from 15min earlier and got me taken care of while keeping a smile and happy attitude the whole time. I think I love Jersey Mike's. It is really good. It puts the subway to shame. Thank you. It was my first time ever eating there.... My wife and I have eaten JM subs every weekend for two months. Always order online for in-store pickup. Until today, all has... gone well. Todays order went to another store, and that stores order went to this one. Orders had the same first name butdifferent last names. No big deal, right? Well apparently it was for this store. I was told to go to the other store to get myrefund. This is after I made a second order at this store figuring I wouldn?t have to pay another $30 for the mistake. Theemployee walked away from me when I was persistent about the refund. Not sure which was the manager on duty, but no one waswilling to assist with this. It wasn?t my fault the on-line order went to another store. It would have cost me $30 in time andgas to retrieve my refund. You got me for an extra $30 today. Enjoy it. Food was good. What is appaling is the condition of the eating and drinks area. There were no other guests dining in when we... were there. Every table was filthy as was the drink self service area. I watched two employees just hanging out doing nothing.I used hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table for us.
