Went with my husband to the Niceville Dunkin Donuts on 10 /01/2022 @ about 5:45 pm and ordered a medium ice coffee. There was... nobody inside and nobody else at the drive thru. We pulled up to the window and noticed this young woman on her phone no morethan 2 feet from the window. We continued to sit there for a good 10 minutes as she stayed on her phone completely ignoring us.We finally decided to pull out since we were being completely ignored. As we drove away I decided to call there to complain andlow and behold that same woman answered the phone and said well I'm the manager and it was me trying to put my schedule onto myphone. She also stated there was only one person working with her. Ok. So do you work or just ignore customers. She keptrepeating she was doing her job by being on the phone(and ignoring us) so we finally ended the call since she still thought whatshe did was OK. It's OK to see people sitting there but ignore them because you are "putting a schedule on your phone" willnever go here again. It was an awful experience???? Read more

Me and my aunt just came through here and the guy at the window was nice. But Our coffee was gross we just got two iced caramel... coffees with cream and sugar. The sugar is just sitting at the bottom of the cup and just taste plain disgusting. I can?t evenexplain the taste of it. Who is hiring/training these employees!! What is in these coffees!! Dunkin? should be ashamed of themselves. They had 1 employee working this morning on a Sunday morning crowd. She was a trooper... though and was very good at her job and got us out in a timely manner. Thank goodness Dunkin had a dedicated employee like her.Food was awesome btw????!!! Read more

I come to this location all the time , never have any problems. Today I came and ordered a coffee and donuts. The lady on the... headset screamed at me and told me I needed to order my drink a certain way because they are training new people !! I ordered aLarge Hot regular coffee with three creamers and six sugars (it was literally that simple) ! I told her I?m not about to changethe way I order because I have never had a problem ordering! She yelled and told me to pull around , after pulling around Iasked for her name and she told me it was none of my business! I asked to speak with a manager and Lord have mercy she said shewas the manager !! Proceeded to tell me she don?t have to give me any coffee or donuts !! I can just leave !!! I?m giving 5 stars for the current GM!! Yes this specific location struggles with staffing and sometimes items are not as good... as they can be, but the GM is always great! She was the only one there today and she made a bomb iced coffee and still had agood attitude even with a line of cars. She?s always kind to us and my 19 month old daughter, who LOVES her. She looks forwardto us rolling the window down so she can talk to her. Best GM for that place! Read more

I'm a huge Dunkin Donuts fan and I have been that way since my college years. I have so many memories tied in with this brand.... Consequently, I personally like to visit DD every opportunity I get. Although, my wife prefers Starbucks I often try to get mycoffee from Dunkin as I go to work. While this Dunkin Donuts location is decent there're still few things left to be desired.First and foremost, drive thru operation needs an improvement. It's quite slow and almost always they have someone new working,thus there's no consistency in order making. Secondly, quite often they're out of one or more items. Often or not they're out ofcertain drinks or certain food items from their menu. And things like this prevent me from visiting this place more often than Inormally do. I think this location has a huge potential as long as managment can address some of these flaws. Read more
