Went through the drive through just before the lunch rush and ordered a basic #1 meal with a strawberry shake and sweet and sour... sauce. Instead they gave me Sriracha sauce and a vanilla shake. Ordered drive thru. Paid the drive thru attendant. Waited awhile at the window. Employee told me after 10 mins my card was... declined. Kim took care of it immediately! Ate at a Chick-fil-A only once many years ago,so thought I would try here. I remember way back when, they would have Bible... verses on their packaging (sandwich wrappers, etc). Which is why I wanted to see again but no verses anymore. Got the 8-piecenugget meal with waffle fries, Root beer and had to try the Mac 'n Cheese of course. Not too shabby. Not a big chicken sandwicheater but the rest of meal was very good. Only 3 stars due to no Verses on packaging and my order was for dining in but wasprepared for a to-go. Read more
Left a $9 wrap out of our order tonight. Not the first time they've forgotten something, but this was dinner. Received two bags... of food which seemed pretty credible and of course got all the way home without noticing that they forgot the wrap. Bummer. Read more
My husband and I picked up dinner through the drive through. His chicken nuggets and fries were fine but I opened my salad and... there were dead flies directly on top. Unfortunately we didn't catch this until we made it home to eat. Makes me question thecleanliness of this establishment and how fresh the food is.
