First time ordering from here. Ordered delivery. I was told an hour and 15 mins for delivery. Wow. Okay maybe they are busy. It... was exactly and hour and 15 mins when they got here and they didn?t have my wings. I call in to let them know the delivery guywas bringing my pizza back and then I asked if I could get fresh pizza. It was the same pizza they brought the first time justreheated. No flavour and the wings were not fully cooked because they wanted to rush my order back out. I didn?t get an offer tofix the situation like a discount or a free pound of wings or even free dipping sauce. I got a ?oh sorry we can be dumbsometimes? Go to carmines instead! Never again!!! Ordered double cheese and pepperoni on one, just bacon on the other. Had more cheese on bacon pizza and less... cheese on double cheese pep pizza. Homer asked me to place an order here for his BBBQ. He was too busy.... Something about Spiderpig flying thru the air. I wasn?t... listening. Because of the war I had an onion on my belt that day. Anyways. The guy on the phone was very helpful getting mewhat Homer wanted. I think he said his name was Moe. I picked up the order at portage road. Everyone one loved the pizza athomers BBBQ. The food was horrible, the pizza and wings were over cooked. The worst part was chewed into a rubber glove that was in the... crust. So disappointing, spent over $70 on pizza and wings for our family. The pizza was cold, the wings tasted like bleach and the... celery was brown and soggy. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never order from this place again. I ordered three steak and cheese subs today and one pound of wings, to be picked up. I... was incredibly disappointed with what I was given (as you will see in the photo). I basically was given a total of one and ahalf subs, with over cooked fries, which I didn't even order, all for $49.60. I called them back to complain and the woman thatanswered the phone told me, "that's the way we've always made them", which is a lie. No apology, she didn't care at all. Theonly thing positive about that place is the woman who delivers for them sometimes, is incrediblysweet. We've ordered pizza inthe past and it's good (as long as you ask them to cook it properly).
