Terrible service- We got our drinks right away after being seated, but after not getting a menu brought to us for over half an... hour, we had to get up and ask for them. Waitress did not introduce herself, or try and make any sort of conversation with us,didn?t seem like she cared to help us. After being ignored by staff for 15 more minutes, we had to flag down a waiter and gethim to put in our orders. We waited another half hour and finally got our meals, and 4/6 of them were wrong. After telling thewaitress a burger was made wrong, she snapped back at us and said to remove the toppings we didn?t want. In our 2 hours therethe waiter/waitress came to our table 4 times total, and 2 of those times we had to flag them down. The restaurant wasn?t evenbusy, and even if it was, they should be apologizing for the wait and letting us know that they haven?t forgotten about us. Thefood actually was pretty good, but the service was terrible. Overall not a good experience at this restaurant, take yourbusiness elsewhere. If restaurant owner reads this, your staff need to be retrained on customer service. Read more

I have been coming here for years, and I have never been disappointed. It's a great vibe here, and the food is always good. I'd... even argue it may be the home of the best pizza in the city. The bar has a lot to offer. Coming in to shoot some pool, watchsports, or just have a night out, it's a great spot. You can't really go wrong stopping in here. Read more

I was there August 23/2002 and the waiter a young lady blond hair short jeans did something very wrong. The bill was 62 Canadian... dollars and when I ask her about in America dollars she said: Is the same! SHAME SHAME SHAME ? she did get only 2$ tip. Read more

On a Saturday night one of the only places without a line up. Service was friendly. Washrooms were problematic, (lost them a... star). Pizza took a long time and was okay - the sauce was the weak point. (Tastes canned). Felt like this was a place more forlocals than tourists. Kind of a young crowd. A patio literally on the street. The restaurant has cordoned off one way of the street for its patio setting. This place was... full but we could get a reservation easily. Instead of waiting in huge lines for branded big restaurants we can try the localfavs. this was very close to our parking as well. we got a beef burger which was okay. nothing too great about the beef patty.Chicken tenders and wings. Wings were really good! Its nice place to spend a casual evening for beer and wings with family &friends.
