Employees are friendly but cannot follow instructions. Always messing up orders, and the quality of products they make is very... poor. Usually good service here. I stopped by the other night at 1:30 am and they had no donuts, no cookies, no muffins. I asked if... they were open 24 hours, which the drive through is at least, but the employee said they stop baking at 8 pm I think he said anddon't start until the next morning. After walking out of the Tims on 1040 Thorold Stone Rd, Thorold, ON L2E 6S4 mid order because of the terrible service, I came... down the street to the Montrose Tim's instead.
