Just another Tim, location is convenient, staff is not very friendly/flexible with giving or adjusting to customer choice/needs.
Placed order attendant repeated my order to me ..but at window my order was totally wrong. The lady had Hani tattoo all over her... hand which ended up all over my lid..had to go in and ask for my bill as my order was wrong. Upon correction I was charged theextra $2.. There are 6 men sitting inside and one of them approached me rudely and accused me of owning a white van. It looks like these... men are frequent customer. You better watched out becoz he might approached you and rudely accused you of something insidetims. Inside should be a safe place to chill out. Read more

This Tim Hortons use to be great. The service the last three months has been absolutely terrible. They have 5 people working... drive thru and one person making food and one person at the cash and expediting food. I shouldn?t have to wait 15 minutes. Iunderstand some people have training on their name tags but when you see them not really sure and the all the girls from drivethru standing around. Customer service is completely tanking.
