Nothing but problems. This location shouldn?t be offering delivery? I?ve had forgotten items, and wrong items. I get that we are... all human and mistakes are made. Most recently I selected 12 donuts ($21) the 4 dream donuts were in Tim bit boxes sideways inthe bag (yes packed that way) The other 8 tossed in a bag with the Boston cream on the bottom upside down. Absolutely pathetic service and unprofessional staff, along with poor management. I had two hungry kids and we waited for like... 20 plus minutes to simply talk to a staff.. they never bothered and when I pushed, the girl started arguing and still didn'thelp. She didn't even bother to pay any kind of attention to my crying kids. You need to do it better. Very unprofessional andI am extremely unstiafied. Read more

Bobby is VERY rude to me every time i walk in the store, she gives me and all my friends dirty looks, attitude while taking our... order, rude comments, and when handing my food she basically threw it at me. it is very unprofessional of her and makes hercompany look very bad. and DISGUSTING washrooms. A nice location for this outlet of Tim Horton?s. Their espresso beverages are truly sensational and they really do pack a punch.... This is an outlet on Portage road that you take on your way out from Niagara Falls. A lot of bikers hang around here and I met acouple of them with their Honda Goldwings in full glory. Read more
