I wish if I could give Zero stars I am very very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Tim Horton's. I have... been emailing about this issue for months now and no one is helping me. I went to Tim Horton's at Clifton hill on June 29, 2022,on my birthday to get my free bday drink. I order my free drink and when I scanned my Tim card for points, the Cashier wastalking to her co-worker the whole time, I had a Tim gift card and Tim points card in my app. She charged my Tim gift card frommy app without my permission. I was supposed to get a free drink but instead because she was busy in talking she took money frommy card. I went back inside and told the lady about it. she said the manager will contact me because she cannot refund me themoney. I waited 2 weeks, but no one contacted me. then I called and emailed but no response. last month when I called luckilythe manager (Autumn) was there. she apologized and said she will send me a gift card. I said OK. I waited and waited but nogift card. I called her again and she said I don't know why It did not deliver but I will send you again. So I waited and waitedagain and no gift card came in so I emailed her asking about the gift card. she said she cannot send any more gift cards becauseshe already sent two. I told her I did not receive any. after that, she stopped responding to my emails. why would your companyemployees first deduct people?s money without asking them? and why the Manager takes 5 months to reply and why managers lieabout they sent us the gift card when they clearly not, I called Canada post and they told me if anyone sends any mail, thereceiver receives it in 5-6 business days. I am very very disappointed with the service Tim Horton is offering. They are moneyEaters and Thieves who take your money without permission and later does not return the money. Read more
Ordered a Lime Cilantro bowl here, service was speedy but had a few issues with the meal. I initially wanted to select my side... for the meal to be the Soup of the Day - the soup was added as an extra item. No problem though, I re-clarified to select it asa side - however I was told that they only had Chicken Noodle soup. I went for that and was then told that the "soup couldn't beentered into the computer." Strange. Had potato wedges instead, but would have preferred soup. Read more
