This place is doing some parallel business. They don't offer Tim Horton's original menu and instead force customers to take some... combo menu. No hot items are available there. Also, there is no clarity on the price. After standing 30 minutes in the queue youwill have to pay a huge amount to get some food. I would recommend avoiding this place. Read more

So dissatisfied and disappointed with the costumer service ! I ordered 2 iced caps and a coffee. The coffee was great as usual... and the iced caps tasted like the cream has gone bad. I kindly asked the cashier (Tammy, as the manager told me because shedidn?t have a name tag on and when I asked her name, she screamed NEXT!!! Told me to move away and completely ignored me) tochange it but she started giving me attitude and keep telling me I?m making a mistake and the milk is brand new and? I?m here ona road trip with family to have a good time and enjoy my Tim drink and support a Canadian business. Well managed coffee shop, well maintained, especially during COVID. My family visited during a busy Saturday (Jun 26), and... despite big line-up, staff managed to serve us. What I liked best was the little tables & chairs outdoors, for which we managedto get. Nice and clean. Read more
This place was clean, efficient, and the staff was out of this world. The guy taking your order at the front was probably the... nicest guy I met in Canada. First, there no mobile ordering so I stood in a long lineup to place my coffee order. Upon reaching the order counter and... getting my cellphone with my Apple Wallet to pay, I was told they don't have a scanner. What? So, my backup was tapping mycredit card. The service was good. Dishonest !!! Dishonest!!!! Don?t come here. They don?t tell you that they only have 3 options for meal and worse, they serve... all sandwiches COLD. But They will not tell you or put up any notice while you?re lining up. You only find out this ugly truthwhen you?ve been waiting for half an hour and apparently it?s your turn to order.
