Decent to stop in to when you work down the road, I?m a regular and usually everything goes smoothly. A few times however when I... place my order and I?m the only customer there the employee?s tend to just stand around and look at me saying I don?t want tomake this, and then speak in a different language while looking at me which causes me to think they?re talking about me. Today Igo in and order two coffees, the man making them with glasses and tattoos on his arms had his music playing so when I said yesplease to a tray he said no okay, I said can I have a tray please and he said ?that?s what I was asking? even though I clearlysaid yes. I gave this location a 3 because it was so slow. I literally ordered in the drive through and becasue i was a passenger I got... out of the car, went next door, got cash from the ATM grabbed smokes and was back 3 cars back in line. Over a span of 10 minutesthe line barely moved. For a Tim's - thats slow! Food was good - orders were correct - lots of employees standing around doingseemingly nothing. Read more

Service by employees and specially the supervisor was extremely bad, poorly handled customer grievance, highly dissatisfied with... the training provided by tim hortons to their employees. I like going here because it's the closest to my house. More than once I have ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch with slow cooked... chicken and have gotten home and it was crispy chicken pieces. I called out at the cook preparing my wraps in front of me oncebecause she started putting crispy chicken again so I told her it was slow cooked and she took them off and added the properchicken and she apologized and corrected it quickly. It shouldn't be that hard and you have the screen in front of you that youlook over for what items you are preparing. My man orders soup and always asks for a full bun (and rightfully should be gettingone with a large soup order) and it will be a half one always. Once in a while it will be a full one. When you are paying foryour orders than make it the way the customers want. Your items aren't super cheap that it can just get brushed aside. It's nothard. But I still go here all the time because the staff too. They are friendly and have a bond with their customers and it'snice. Just getting orders right is an issue sometimes. Don't make us what you feel like making us or want us to eat but make uswhat we ordered and how we ordered it exactly. Please and thank you. The food is so good though to not go there. Whether it'sbreakfast, lunch or dinner meals. I will always go to this Tim Hortons. Nothing could change my mind to ever not go here. Ienjoy seeing familiar faces there. Read more

I had gone in the morning before going to the ferry to go to centre Island. The line up was so long, and employees working the... cash and 4 others preparing the order. To wait so long for the orders and on top of that to not have order correct. Was nothappy with the service provided. Read more

Disgustingly dirty. I was approached by two men who swarmed me when I was walking up to the door to get in. I felt trapped. It... was the wrong door. These creepy men demanded me to buy some old disgusting smelly mini fridge. They said its my duty as acitizen to give them money. I flat out refused as I attempted to get away. Then they jumped in front of me and asked me forcigarettes and joints. I do not do drugs. I was in fear at this point for my safety. When I was finally able to find the door toget in. I waited 10 minutes to be served by some rude employee. I told her what happened and her response was totally shocking.She said they get them all the time and I should be more compassionate. Wow! Firstly, compassionate I am but I lose respect andmy manners when I am yelled and screamed at because I didn't want to give my money to them. I usually help when I can. I feltvery intimidated by these men. They were aggressive, disrespectful, demanding and rude. I don't give the time of day to peoplewho behave in an unruly behavior.
