I get 2 or 3 coffees each day and It is amazing how a xl double/double tastes different each time you get one at this location.... The laziness at this location is insane. Full garbages outside, only person in line and somehow wait 10mins for a coffee. Coffeeis always old, fresh coffee is not hard to provide. Yet even when a pot is long expired they still serve it up. Busy place andthe cashier is also making orders, leaving a line of 10 ppl just waiting to place an order. Cashiers should take orders, theother 9 ppl should be filling orders. Have a seperate line for drinks. This place is so mismanaged. Would be 1 star if it wasntfor the few competent employees that actually do the job. Also stop deactivating the automatic doors. One day they are on thenext they are off. Get your act together. Worst Tims I have ever visited. At least do coffee well. Read more

One of the busiest location in Niagara Falls Clifton Hill. Big lineup and not enough cx service counter to serve you. Due to... heavy traffic need more staff to keep the outlet more organized in regards of cleaning tables, floor and around. Read more
I often visit this location in the morning on my way to work. I always go through the drive thru which is normally pretty fast.... The employees are definitely fast and efficient. It is very rare that what I order is incorrect. On the rare occasion theremight be too much sugar or milk in my tea. This is often not the case, and it isn't a big deal. The staff is always friendly. Iwill continue to use this Tim Hortons for my usual go to. Thank you for the great service! I recently ordered the 3 specialitydonuts and I tried the strawberry confetti one. It was so delicious and my coworkers really enjoyed the other kinds as well. Read more
