I brought my parents here for their wedding anniversary dinner and they truly enjoyed dining here. Our server Michelle was... exceptional, she was very attentive and ensured we had an amazing time. The food was properly cooked and we did not have to waittoo long to get our food. Michelle was thoughtful enough to get my folks free desert on the house(Thank you Michelle????). Fabulous dinner spot. they where extremely busy but very accommodating. We called to see about last minute reservations for 2.... Called around 6 had a table by 6:45. It was packed, waiters all over the place. But still I can't complain. Our food come ontime and hot, and it was super tasty. This place went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. This experience was great! We had a great meal, a great time and a really nice view. What stands out is the view. The restaurant... has different levels so that everyone can get a view of the river/falls. But also the food was terrific, the service was superand the whole ambiance of the place was fantastic! We showed up at our reservation time and our table was ready for us. Thatdoesn't always happen in buys places like this. The seating host was pleasant, had a little conversation with us on our way tothe table (didn't have to, could've just walked us over, but little things like this make all the difference). Our server, Loritook the time to answer our questions and help guide us through the menu. Making our decisions the right ones for what we werecraving! The New York with peppercorn topping was amazing! It just got better with every bite! The Teriyaki steak and meatlessmeatloaf were so delicious as well. The starter salad and bread were really good too. Everything was cooked the way we asked forit and cooked perfectly. I will definitely want to go back to this Keg location and do recommend it to those looking a nice viewwhile enjoying great steak or seafood, and also veggie options! I thought this would be another "chain" restaurant that got you in and got you out. I was so pleasantly shocked. They greeted us... at the door, gave us a window seat with an incredible view then our server came over. Eva was sweet, personable and while veryattentive, gave us time to enjoy the view, our food and the whole atmosphere. She was charming in all the ways you hearCanadiens are, simply the best!! Thanks Eva!! The food beyond blew my mind. We had steak and prime rib with lobster and it alljust melted in your mouth. Perfectly cooked, perfectly curated!! We followed up with cheesecake and chocolate cake, to go, andEva bundled up everything we needed to have a falls picnic. The dessert was just as decadent as the prime rib. Melting in yourmouth!! Always my favourite restaurant chain. The food is always delicious and I particularly love the calamari. What makes this... location amazing is dining with stunning views of the Falls in the background. Highly recommended! Read more

Check in process was a bit awkward coz you have to check in at the counter at the ground floor first before you go up. We had to... go up and down a couple Times before it was sorted out. But the team quickly seated us. Server was efficient and food was great.The table was a bit dirty tho. Doesn’t matter if you sit right by the window, for a few rows away, you get a good view.Overall we like this place. Their steak, sides, lobsters was cooked to perfection ! Read more

The atmosphere is great. I would suggest to reserve a table in advance so you can enjoy the view of the falls. The staff is... really helpful and friendly, especially Cheryl. Great service. Stayed at the embassy suites and they gave us a $30 coupon which we were able to use at the keg. Conveniently... located right in our hotel. We had the salmon and prime rib. Both were excellent. Partner’s side of garlic mashed potatoescould have been a bit warmer. Had an app of the mushroom Neptune - delicious and I would order that again…and again! Read more
