We have eaten here on countless occasions and always been happy with both the service and the food...until tonight. If I could... leave a review with no stars, I would have done so. My son ordered a pizza for me as a take-out order tonight...WOW! I wouldhave thought it was impossible to ruin pizza to this level. To call it 'sub par' would be a compliment. The entire pizzasmelled of smoke and the top had an inedible burned crust and scorch spots throughout. The bottom of the pizza was black aswell. There is absolutely no way that the kitchen staff didn't notice the condition of the food and chose to send it outanyway. They should be ashamed! When I contacted them, to speak to the manager, he/she didn't have the courtesy to return mycall. I wonder if they're under new management since they've always been so good in the past. Amazing food and service! We came on Sunday and turns out it was happy hour from 3-5 and they had some nice choices on the menu.... We ordered off the regular menu though: Beef brisket sandwich (so tender and flavourful) and fries (perfect crunch) for hubbyand goat cheese and pear salad with chicken for me. Literally the best salad I?ve had in a long time! We had Caesars to drinkand they were also delish! We are just visiting and this restaurant was recommended by our hosts. We hope to eat here one moretime before we leave! Read more
Stopped for a quick lunch on the patio. W as s pleasantly surprised with how GREAT the food is here. Got the Cubano sandwich... that blew my head back with flavour. Glad I decided to stop here and definitely will be back. Read more
Didn?t plan to have something here but the Big pig burger is AMAZING, probably my burger of the year. Also tried the cubano... sandwich, highly recommended and the portion is BIG. Slow service because they only had 1 waiter serving everyone on Sunday around 12. We were impressed at how fast he does his... job. We ordered kids meal burger for my daughter but she did not like it at all. It was so dry that my daughter requestedMCD. Everything else was good especially the brisket burger. Read more
Korean fried chicken was not good it tasted burnt and didn?t really have much flavour. The Big Pig Burger was good like a... better version of the Big Mac and the bun was very soft. We also ordered the coconut shrimp which was good. I would repeat andtry the brisket sandwich, my friend ordered it and said it was delish. In terms of service, the effort was there as thebartender/server/greeter was personable and working hard ? but they need more staff as we didn?t even get our drinks for thefirst 20 minutes or so. I will say they gave us regular fries instead of sweet potatoe fries and they were quick to apologizeand make some new sweet potatoe fries and told us to keep the regular fries they had already served us. We absolutely loved our food at the Blind Pig! My picky teenage son gave two thumbs up for the chicken tenders. I really loved... the lobster Mac and cheese because it wasn?t greasy or heavy and had lots of lobster in it. My boyfriend said the brisketsandwich had nice flavor and was very tender, although was on the fatty side. Lastly, my 13 year old loved sinking her teethinto the spicy wings. She said the ranch dressing had a unique flavor for dipping the celery in. The service was great eventhough the restaurant was busy. Read more
Wanted to find a place with great food and off the tourist strip and came across The Blind Pig. So glad we found it. My... husband had the Kimchi Swiss burger, I had the Grilled peach salad and My son had Lobster Mac n cheese. Everything wasabsolutely amazing and reasonably priced. Service was AMAZING..... Will definitely go again on our next trip here to thefalls. Read more
