The Indian lady was literally rude and speaking so quietly that i can hard hear just with Indian people. Very very bad service the 2 same ladies working there everyday are very unclean extremely rude and have 0 customer service I... seen the one girls eating vegetables right out of the topping station and not just one a whole bunch of times dipping her handto her mouth then make a sub with gross hands and grabs money from someone gives them change then goes to make my sub with withno jhand wash and yells at me what do u want I tell her she looks at my phone sees I' have a coupon I'm about to scan tell mesit's not working and just stands there she then tells me to do it threw the app then goes into the back leaves me In the frontso I do I order it she comes back out tells me to wait by the till makes it then throws it at me with no wrapping tell mes thenapkin are there I go sit I open the sub she puts onions on it I dint ask for and literally no mean it was supposed to be asteak sun it was veggie sub with what ever topping she please very very bad quality at representing what stands for I will begoing to corporate as well I hope she gets fired Read more

There were two young ladies working and one was training. I ordered a meatball sandwich; She put a little too much sauce in the... bun, and it fell apart before she could wrap it up. The other young lady, insisted in making me a whole new sandwich; which shedid and it came out perfectly. I felt they were both genuinely helpful and very polite, throughout the entire process. It's hardto get that type of customer service nowadays. I will probably return. Read more
