The atmosphere was off the minute I walked in. I understand mornings are busy, but what I?ve never seen is 4/8 staff members... standing in the back, chatting and on their phones, with no or desire to help with a line of 10 customers. Went early during the morning and it was empty with seats available. The staff was nice. Walked past here at night and it was... packed. You can collect your stars if you have the Starbucks card but for some reason you can't redeem anything. Read more

I?m not sure I understand the concept of Starbucks stores that are not really Starbucks (licensed). You can?t use your Starbucks... card, you cannot get points, prices are higher and there?s no wifi. Coffee still tastes good , same proof available, goodlocation. I wish the staff was a little more friendly and I wish they would have dark roast in the afternoon. Read more

They don?t accept and redeem stars because they are owned by the hotel. You would think, instead of screwing over customers,... they might work out a deal to allow the redemption of stars across all Starbucks locations and not just corporate. Another waythe human race proves itself to be undeserving of a future. The mugs are nice, I had to pay cash instead of using my 1,600stars, but hey, it?s a nice mug! ???? Read more
