When I worked at Starbucks we were always told to be kind and courteous to all customers. This location is anything but that,... both times I?ve attempted to use this location I?ve been treated like an unwanted annoyance more than someone conductingbusiness. Last time I was even told off and talked down to because I asked a question. If you NEED Starbucks just drive theextra couple km and go to McLeod Rd, save yourself the headache. This location is awful if you want to get work done. The only large table in the store is always occupied by the manager who... takes up the entire table with schedules, laptop etc during prime business hours. I have walked in and walked out on multipleoccasions because I didn't have access to a plug that wasn't on the very small table lining the wall. There has been timeswhere a "reserved" sign is on the table! Definitely not a location where they're thinking of their customers. Read more
Went to 3 different locations including this one and found all their doors locked before closing time, finally had to go to a... fourth that had no parking and was in a crowded tourist area. What's the point to posted closing times if you just closewhenever you feel like it? If this had only been one location I may have forgiven it but 3???? Saturday, 7:25pm I just want to shout out to Phill who was on the drive thru. He was super nice and informative, let me know... that kiwi was unfortunately being discontinued, I'm sad to see my favorite fruit leave, but pineapple passion fruit soundsamazing! Ordered though Uber eats. One of the item ordered was not in store. Got a note in the photo saying I won?t be charged. If I got... a call instead, I could?ve replaced the order. Now I have to place a new order and wait 30 min for it to be delivered. Go toanother Starbucks, not here. Read more
i go on this location today around 1:pm nd i ordered tall triple triple, they ask me if its with milk or cream. i said cream,at... the end of order taking i notice they punched my drink with milk i told them it suppose to be with cream. she said it is withcream. but they still made my coffee with milk. i don?t understand if i tell them its with cream why they don?t payattention.normally they never messed with my order.
