Absolute shame on management here, having two girls working behind bar and having to handle giant crowd rushes from the hotels... is ridiculous. Not up to Starbucks standards, I have been in line for 30 minutes with about 8 people ahead of me. As a pastbarista and starbucks manager I'm extremely disappointed to see the stress they are putting on their staff here, and how it'saffecting customer experience. Amazing job to the two ladies who are working behind bar through this, hats off to you and youdeserve a way better manager. Read more
Incredibly overpriced. Not a true Starbucks. Drinks were made differently and normal things around $8 were $25+ here!
Will NOT be coming back! We ordered venti, which completely understand it?s expensive but almost $25?! We both ordered Carmel... ribbon frap and a VC cold brew.. mom tried to use her stars, wasn?t allowed because ?privately owned? I asked my drink to NOT bestirred since it?s not suppose to but ?Starbucks corporate policy says we have to? if your privately owned you can do whatever.Make that make sense???????? Read more
I'm sorry, I usually don't leave bad reviews but..yikes. We walked in and it was so hot it felt like the heat was on. We waited... a long time for service and the staff seemed unorganized, distracted. Probably too hot. (very nice though) I ordered my drink,then the cashier proceeded to do something else on the monitor for what seemed like 5 minutes, then asked my finance what hewanted. Only 1 star because my pineapple passion fruit lemonade was good. It was 30 degrees outside and they had the heat on inside! The... server was incredibly slow and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It wasn't busy and still took like 10 minutes to getmy lemonade. Be cautious of this place! Visiting Niagara and first time here for breakfast. Overpriced for each item. $4.50 for a grande... coffee and $4.50 for a small croissant, $10.00 for a small wrap and all overpriced $$$. The display window has no food and onlypictures with no price listed. Why the prices here are not consistent with other Starbucks ? Plus cold customer service are notmeet the standards. Needs some management investigation because it is really ruining the Starbucks? reputation. Read more
Convenient location inside Hilton newly opened.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They didn't have the drink I normally order and the location was incredibly overpriced!... About double the price of a normal Canadian Starbucks. They also don't accept stars so your overpriced order won't even counttowards rewards. They also got my order wrong and then the drink was not made correctly (way too sugary). Don't go here. Read more
