Location: Inside Skylon Tower by elevators. Very slow service?waited more that 15min. One person on cash and 3 others standing... behind counter not helping move the line. AVOID any mug purchases there! Huge markup compared to other Starbucks. Paid $10extra per mug compared to normal cost. Not sure about other merchandise. Review is 2 stars simply because Staff were polite andfood/beverages tasted as expected. Otherwise would have rated 1 star. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Read more
Good store within Skylon Towers for a coffee or cold beverages. We enjoyed the Dragon Fruit Lemonade. Worth a try!
The Starbucks from skylon tower is absolutely great. The service I received ordering my regular cold brew iced coffee was... splendid. I've seen reviews about the pricing and although it is expensive it is a tourist area and Starbucks can be pricyanyways so just keep that in mind but other then that it's an amazing team they have. They never forget my order and alwaystreat me with care. 10/10, recommend passing by for a visit. Read more
Racist staff..I was there Aug 15 at 11:30 am at the counter..the cashier chewing a gum and talking while chewing the gum..dosent... ask for our name so nothing is noted what our order was..if my husband was not standing n looking for our order then employeewould have given it to Someone else.. I come Toronto and Starbucks standard is much higher then Niagara Falls especially when weare paying such tourist place premium money.. Please train ur staff to stop chewing gum while talking and keep a smile on urface when u see any race in front of u.. Read more

Starbucks is always number 1. Best selection of coffee or refreshing drinks, such as a green tea peppermint drink.
They change you here with extra dollars in the name of ?Private Starbucks?! They charge me for black tea lat small size for... $6.10! Regularly other locations is around $4.50.
