Different spicy flavour than regular biryani.feels like annjappar chettinad chicken biryani. I've been to India, at invite of colleagues who are locals, five times. And I've tried finding a GOOD Indian restaurant since... moving to Niagara Falls a few years ago. Spice N' Flames easily beats some of the larger or more "known" restaurants in NiagaraFalls for authenticity. Other restaurants quite obviously have Indo-Chinese cuisine/cooks/recipes because for one otherrestaurants' food is far too greasy - far too tasteless, over processed - to be called authentic Indian regardless of what themenu may say. I've been to many Indian restaurants, some good and some not so good. I can say Spice N Flames is top notch. The food was served... in a timely manner piping hot. The first thing I look for is the quality of the basmati rice, which was fragrant and had theperfect texture and moisture. The entree was bursting with flavor without being overbearing. All ingredients were fresh and highquality. It's a small business that is family owned and carries that feel. Very friendly service. Will definitely come again. Read more
