What a funny experience! Employees were like we are closing early cause we aren?t busy, there were 10 customers in store when I... went. Asked for chicken sandwich, girl at the counter said not possible. Next customer came in and ordered chicken sandwich, shetook the order without saying anything that it?s not possible. Another customer came in, she said again store is closing. 2minutes, another customer came and then she took the order without saying anything. Like what is going on. Unfortunate poor experience. Not coming back ever again. Had to wait for 12 min for dark meat in lunch time. Friend Chickens... were drowning in oil, blood was coming out from the chicken. Even after requesting for dark meat; got wrong. And they weretrying to prove that they are right! Tables were uncleaned, floor was dirty with food-paper-french fries. 6 People workinginside and only one following dress code. They are very very loud with their gossip about self and customers. Entire diningtime their reply to customers are like wait for 17-20 min for fried chicken, etc etc. Franchisee like these gives a bad name tothe big names! Read more

My family and I was looking forward in eating some good chicken , we was very hungry we Drive 1 hour. we had to break off piece... of chicken to eat as the chicken was very hot just made fresh. However when we cut into this pieces of chicken, it was bloodlyuncooked and dangerous to eat. It was a good thing I decided to not bite into the chicken other otherwise we would of end up inthe emergency room. I paid 90$ for bloodly uncooked. Can the management please explain what you serve. I asked the lady to make sure my sandwich and fries are fresh and extra hot. She said yes we?re making everything to order.... Also, asked for spicy mayo on the side and she made up a excuse and didn?t give any even when I was ready to pay for it. First of all they forgot the fries for one of the meals. But that's actually not the problem... The chicken was nasty and had a... weird texture to it. I've had popeyes many times from other locations and loved it (with the exception of one other location).This location is not good, save your money and go to another location. Read more

One of the better Popeyes locations that we visited in Ontario. Typically, locations are frying smaller pieces of tenders and... fillets for sandwiches. Not only were all of our items cooked fresh, but the taste was what we'd expect from a true Popeyesexperience as well. One of the staff verbally confirmed the meat was Halal, which is consistent with most Popeyes locations inOntario. Read more

The only thing I can say, is the staff are nice. Absolute filth, food terrible, garbage everywhere. I'm not complaining about... the long wait, because I get it, it was busy. The rest, appalling. That garbage right when you walk in is disgusting andrepulsive. Shame on this place! Read more

Probably the most gross and off putting Popeyes I?ve ever been too. I was so happy to come here and try some chicken after a... long days work and I was shocked and quite frankly threw up in my mouth after the horrible display of food and god knows whatthat was over flowing the garbage.
