Pizza was cold to the touch. I brought it over to her and asked for it to be reheated - she said ok, and brought it back the... same temperature as before. I?m confused as to what cooking utensils they have and that includes an oven. No joke - take alook at the ?open concept? cooking area. Somethings up. Please. Do not get pizza there. She also told the next people in thatthey?re out of pizza. Why aren?t you making more? What?s happening? It?s 1PM. Read more

Ordered via Skip the Dishes 1st time = 4of5 stars... 2nd time = 1of5 stars. The first time we ordered from Piccolo it took... over an hour and a half to arrive at our door. We spoke with Skip the Dishes and a dude from Piccolo regarding the wait. Theblame was placed on the delivery driver for the wait. The deep dish pepperoni pizza arrived on a plastic takeout cake platterwith a lid (supercool) and the food product was marvelous. We never had a pizza like it - it was deep (almost three inches high)and had a second layer of dough within. It was tasty! The antipasto board was pretty lame (which is why they only got 4 starsfrom me - genoa, pepperoni, pepperoncini and banana peppers - are you papa johns?) , but the pizza was so good I didn't care. Wecalled the restaurant raving about the pizza. My man reviewed them on facebook as the employee he spoke with requested. He gavePiccolo 5 stars. The second time we ordered from Piccolo it arrived within an hour. I would've preferred to wait an extra 30minutes for a better product. The deep dish was delivered on the cake platter with no lid, so it was wrapped in tinfoil. Ballone. This pizza was half the height of the first, thus disappointingly small. Strike one. We ordered the roasted red pepper andspinach deep dish this time. There was nothing roasted about those giant pieces of red pepper - the skin was on and the fleshwas raw. I even would have been ok if they were those preserved ones from a can/jar. Strike two. The dough crust was undercooked(which is likely why it arrived so quickly) so we popped it into the oven. I should have used parchment paper because the thincrust (didn't I order a deep dish?) would not separate from the tinfoil. I resigned frustrated and handed over the spatula to myman. Minutes later, still stuck to the tinfoil we looked at the $26 mess (including 20% gratuity) and proclaimed STRIKE THREE.We heaped the ripped pieces onto our plates and ate it. That second layer of dough was basic Read more

Overpriced for stale food. Not impressed. Owner should be ashamed.
