I will never go to another sub shop ever again after having Mr. Subs. I love the meatballs subs and they taste like actual meat.... Not pasty, fake meat but real and it is so good. This is one of the best sub shops in town. The 2 girls there are always very shy but friendly and the amount of ingredients is... very decent. They have a lot of selection for sauces and different toppings. Pricing is not bad and it's on of the few subplaces that the sub feels as if it were "enough". Its easy to access and always clean. This is one of the best places to have some sandwiches in the Niagara Falls. Their veggies are always fresh and there are so... many options to select from. The highlight of our visit was the service that we received from Pavel. She was very efficient,polite and gave great suggestions when it come to selecting the sauces. They had a deal for 3 subs for $20.99, so I came back a day later to get the deal and the price was raised to $21.99. Their buns... were extremely dark and over cooked, so much that it ruined the whole sub (tasted like I was eating crust buns), and the workerdidn?t even put enough tomatoes to cover any of the subs that I ordered. I went to pick up Subs Sunday Oct. 30th at 8:30 p.m. The service was great. This is a message to the owner, I cannot believe... that you would have employees working on their own. Do you not think this is a safety issue? They are pretty much isolated, asnothing close by is open. This has nothing to do with your location, I live in the area myself. But, you are clearly not worriedabout the safety of your employees. I would suggest, do the right thing and put two on at all times before god forbid somethinghappens. How would you feel? Read more
