We have just visited the washroom, it was not very clean, but overall Ok. The good part that it was multiple washrooms in there.
Small location. Limited parking. 3 washrooms, all accessible. Quick. Not well my maintained. The tables were dirty. The... washrooms were not clean. We just had coffee and a muffin and dinedin. B the muffin was delicious. That evening, we cameback but did drive thru and just got coffee. They did not sure the coffee. When I got near the bottom of my drink, I couldtaste the sugar and before that, it tasted like too much cream. I got a double double. If I knew, I would have stirred it andit probably would have tasted great. I find out too late and by that time, the bottom was too sweet. The coffee at lunch wasfine. Read more
Always has us pull forward to the parking lot. You'd think with the amount of people working there they would be on their game.... The staff are mostly polite and are pretty understanding and accommodating towards the homeless/addiction community which is afresh change from the way that community is treated everywhere else. Not much you can expect from McDonald's... Used the drive thru service and had no issues. The lineup was relatively quick and... easy. Ordering was simple. And the staff were quick. Only problem was that they forgot to add tartar sauce on my filet-o-fishsandwich. So I ate a dry fish sandwich. Read more
The smoothie was basically crushed ice with flavored water and the awful paper straw they provided melted away with chunks of... ice stuck in it. I'm sure you'd think maybe they were busy and rushing orders but no, this took forever to come. Read more
Went in , ordered my meal, the cashier was talking her language with the cook as if I didn?t exist! Asked to use the washroom... to wash my hands, he said that it?s out of service! You are a fast food restaurant for God sake ?. No functioningwashrooms? While waiting for my combo meal , that same cashier handed me my empty drink container holding it with two of hisfingers inside it! Come on Do you expect me to accept it like that? Read more
Horrible customer service. Never pleased when attending this McDonald?s. I?m from out of town and this is the McDonald?s on... route and without a doubt they always mess it up. This time we repeated the order 3 times had them repeat it back and when weget to the window were told half of our items weren?t paid for and if we wanted the rest of the order we would have to pay therest.
