I don?t think there?s been a time where I?ve come here and had the fast food experience. It doesn't matter if it?s busy or your... the only one in the drive thru it?s a minimum 10-15 minute wait. Doesn?t matter what you order your waiting. I get places arebusy but you could order a burger at 3pm no one else in like and your waiting. I?ve never had this issue else where. Superunorganized. This review won't prevent me from going back to McDonald's. It will prevent me from going back to this location. Place is a... dump. My burgers were dry and the fries had no salt on them. My daughter who usually eats her mcnuggets, only ate 2 and saidthey were not good. I was hungry though so I needed the food just for fuel so I could get out of that town. Read more
So I am unfortunately writing a review in hopes that McDonald's will do something about the needles on their property .......I... have informed management here about this exact needle and some over a week ago but they did not seem to care ..or maybe there isno sop for this kind thing and the staff are not trained in what to do in this situation....anyhow I would hope that McDonald'stakes the safety of their customers and the community serious and fixed this issue by cleaning up the used needles on theirproperty. ..other than that there are no other issues with this McDonald's the staff are friendly and the food is as expectedfrom Macdonald just clean up the needles ty Read more
Ordered 3 mcdoubles ..... Got 3 regular hamburgers .... Without a receipt also so i cant even brimg it back thanks guys !!!
I asked if everything I ordered was in the bag. Glad I pulled over to check contents. Once I informed them of the missing item,... it was quickly resolved. Yes, I would recommend. They put way too much salt in my burger. I am not sure if it was done intentionally, I?ve never heard that they put salt and... pepper in a regular burger order. Either way it made my meal uneditable. I see a lot of the comments say that this McDonald?s isespecially bad, I?d agree. Read more
Ordered 2 meals ahead of time and once we got there 15 min later not only was the order not ready but they had no record of it... at all so we had to get the phone from the car go back in and show them our order. They then told us they don't receive mobileorders until we call in to let them know we placed an online order so we were given a ticket and told to wait in line ... Therewas 6ppl ahead of us waiting...no orders were coming out, they were only serving drive through and at one point there was not asingle person working at or in eyesight of the registers. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food. The poor staffwere either ill equipped or not properly trained to do their jobs. I don't blame the staff I blame management.
