Today I went into Harvey's and ordered sliced pickles on the side. Mkalum helped us and gave us lots when his manager walked up... he pause but she laughed and said it was fine and to go on. We had a great time laughing and joking after that. The food wasgreat but the customer service was exceptional. Read more
We went there last night, we were waiting in the drive through for a few minutes and decided to call to see if they were open,... as they weren?t taking our order. The answered, yes they were open, and were very apologetic. When I got to the window to pay,the woman at the window was insistent that she give us donuts or pies on her, because we were waiting. She absolutely did nothave to do that. Such amazing customer service. I wish I got her name, so I could praise her. I wish much success for her andthat Harvey?s location! Read more
Like this Harvey's location because its close to home, food is always the same. The drawback is I don't understand why I always... have to pull around the front and wait when I'm the only one in the drive thru. Its a bit of a put off an sometimes I drive tothe one on the Lane instead. Read more
Very nice staff and good food! We were on our way back to Quebec after a week of vacation and stop by the restaurant before the... travelling. The staff was incredibly nice and everybody was working hard for our order. Best burgers in Niagara for sure! We?llbe back next year! Js Read more
food was delicious. service could be improved. went to pay for my food, asked if I could scan for scene points and was told it... was too late. I was not asked if I had a scene card, when I mentioned it the cashier told me it was too late. I missed out onthose scene points. something was not right about this experience. Read more
Very dissatisfied with the food I received today. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and not only were the fries completely... overcooked, but the burger was a complete mess and RAW when I took a bite. I'm pregnant, and because of that this burger wasn'teven safe for me to eat, so everything went in the garbage except a few unburnt fries and the beverage. I'm sure anyone would beunhappy with the presentation of this food, and it does not seem professional to serve to paying customers. I usually use theLundy's Lane location, but went here because it was closer to home. I am unlikely to return and will be sharing my experiencewith others. Read more
This is probably their newest location. It is very clean and open. Large glass windows are. nice. Food was nicely cooked and the... staff was friendly. Washrooms clean and they also have a drive through. Read more
