Friendly staff but the product is not what you expect from a Dairy Queen. For example, my caramel sundae barely had any Carmel... on it even after asking the staff if that?s all that comes with it. For my wife?s drumstick aero caramel blizzard was deliciousbut no topping half way down. Not worth the $13 that we paid. Read more
1st experience was pretty good at this location. After a long day seeing the sites in Niagara Falls, my kids were excited to... get a smoothie on Saturday night 7/22/17. We got there at 10:40 because the sign said they closed at 11pm. In any event uponarriving the employees were inside in plain view with the doors locked. We knocked on the door several times and not a singleperson would look up and even acknowledge us. I get things happen and maybe they needed to close 20min early because of someemergency or mishap, but at least tell us that. I've worked in many restaurants for many years and I get the struggle countingdown the minutes till close, but 20min early in a franchised restaurant without any explanation is pretty hard to imagine. ???????? Very poor experience came into buy some drinks and presented a buy one get one free coupon with my purchase the employee at the... front told me they did not except coupons as per their manager wishes which i am sure is not in line with company policy. Itbaffles me that a manager can turn down a a customer and not stand behind their products and make their owns rules. Please donot call yourselves orange julius or dairy Queen if you fail to follow company promotions and wast people's time making themwait for a manager for over 15min Read more
Service was fast and the ice cream and deserts yummy. This location doesn't accept gift cards or discounts. A bit on the pricy... side but that seems to be the norm for ice cream specialty places. Note this restaurant also is Mr. Sub so you have otheroptions inside. Read more
