Waited 35 minutes to order. There was only 1 worker working during Sunday, with huge lines. The store needs more people working... on weekends. Whoever made the work schedule is a terrible manager. Do not come here. Read more

I had the brown sugar tea. Personally it was one of the best teas I?ve had and I would highly recommend.

Terrible location, service is extremely slow. They are out of everything. Never had such a bad experience at Coco before. Also... they don't have hand sanitizer which is required at the restaurants here. Read more

One of the best bubble tea around especially for the price. I'm surprised this location isn't inflated like everyone else since... it is on Clifton Hill. Read more

Best bubble tea here in Niagara Falls! I wish they accepted cash but they do only accept debit currently (just an fyi), but the... staff were very nice and the drinks they have are amazing, and the prices are great as well! :) Read more

Great to finally see a bubble tea store in Niagara Falls. This store is just a store to order and go, there's no seating... available at this store. But it doesn't really matter since there were a lot of benches around and also since it's on CliftonHill we would normally walk around anyways. There was a line up for ordering and there are many new exposures as most peoplewere not too familiar and would take a few minutes to look at the menu to see the options. But the line went pretty fast.Usually, there are promotions on a few drinks in their stores which is pretty worth it usually in the Don Mills and Yonge Streetlocation, but since this is a tourist attraction there's only the Pearl Milk Tea Smoothie in which the promotion wasn't too bigeither. But most restaurants are also inflated in this area so it's ok. We would definitely pay for bubble tea in comparison toother drinks in most occasions. We got 2 Mango Slush with Tapioca and 1 Grapefruit Yakult, the drinks are great.  We had 30%sweet and no ice. The tapioca was chewy and delicious. We'll probably be coming back if we're ever in Clifton Hill again and getour boba fix. :) Read more
