I’ve been here a few times, and each time, they’ve messed up my order. In no way is there any extraordinary ask, but somehow... they find a way to mess it up entirely. When this happens, there is little acknowledgement, apology, and never had there been acordial coupon or discount offer to compensate for my wasted time in the correction. I’d advise anyone who comes here to takea hard look at their order before they take it with them. Especially vegetarians. Also, don’t come here if you can’t spend3x time than initially expected. This is beyond the worst place to ever visit. Food is cold, place is dirty, and overall worst customer service experience .... Today is our last visit and experience to Boston pizza!! After asking to have ya me cleaned, and waiting for ever to get outfoods, after paying the bill and about to leave the tip (cash) on the table as it’s the usual behaviour.. the waiter comes andinsult you in front of your family and the entire restaurant customers demanding tip, after I took the cash out of my walletimmediately took it back and left! Tips are based on experience, but definitely never going back, and highly don’t recommendit!!!!!pay your employees will so they don’t insult your customer, we pay for our food and tip based on treatment !!!! Probably the best Boston pizza I ever went to. The server was amazing and super friendly and the food was phenomenal. Me and my... friends did an out door dining on the patio. The food didn't take to long to come out which was good because me and my friendswere starving. When ever I visit niagra falls again I will be sure to visit this location. The chocolate cheese cake, thechicken taco and nachos is a must try at this location. Read more
I give it 4 stars because of the Service I had today (11/24/22 approx 1pm) My wife had the mac n cheese burger with fries... which she loved I unfortunately had their new meatloaf...the mashed potato, gravy and onion rings that were on it weredelicious but the meatloaf itself reminded me of a TV dinner Salisbury steak, extremely dense and tasted nothing like ameatloaf.
