Went to this Boston Pizza today and it will be my last! The bad experience started with a bad hostess! Didn’t make us feel... welcomed at all, not even a smile. We ordered food with couple kids meals which should come first so my starving daughter caneat. Appetizers came same time with the main courses (does this rule even exist in the hospitality industry) am wondering. Foodarrived not at the right temperature, warm but not hot the way it suppose to be. Kids pizza came over cooked, chicken breastcame super dry. On top of all of that! We called the other server (not our server who was very nice and polite) to ask why ourfood is taking so long, she answered in a very bad way with a very bad manner (what kind of restaurant and staff is this). Thereis not even a manager to come by each table and check on guests how are they doing!! The only good part of our experience thereis our server Denise who was very nice and polite, other than that everything was horrible. Overall experience was terrible, youfeel like the entire operation is not organized. how any operation in the entire world can be organized if there is no properqualified manager to manage well and check what’s going on??!!!!! Solid Boston pizza location. It’s joined to a hotel. Food was what we usually ordered and tasted good. Sangria was amazing!
Came here on a Wednesday evening. Nice layout inside. We ordered a nachos platter and a Smokey mountain spaghetti. The nachos... were MASSIVE so keep that in mind! They were also delicious! Having said that, they really could have put more ground beef. Alsowhen the spaghetti came, they gave us the wrong order (this was just spaghetti and meatballs). So they came back with the smokeymountain spaghetti and meatballs but they told us to keep the original spaghetti, on the house! This was a pleasant bonus! Read more
Day old pizza!? Nope, my family ordered from the local Boston Pizza at Americana in Niagara Falls. We were given raw, flat, sour... tasting trash. I called to speak with a Manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and the Manager decided totell me to call back when he wasn’t busy. I wasn’t letting that happen after I was just ghosted for 20 minutes. He triedtelling me it would take 30 plus minutes to find a debit machine and my transaction to void it and provide a refund. The food was tasty but there was really long wait time for food as we ordered and waited for food for long. And In the end, they... served all the food at once which I realized wasn’t the good way as it got cold. But overall, the loved the food. It was tastyand worth buying. Worst BP I had every been, took me 30 minutes to get water and another 40 minutes wait for app came. Waiting forever to get... everything, one server is taking care of whole section but there are three receptions stay front for doing nth, most ridiculousthing is even one dessert cost 30 minutes! Service is crazily slow, our water is not even refilled once. The worst experience Ihad ever had, not recommended at all, please consider carefully before you come to this location. Horrible experience. Arrived at 5:30 for dinner only to be told they didn't have the staff to accommodate, which I completely... understand, and were told to come back around 8 or 9 and they'd most likely be able to accommodate at that time. We said we'd godo touristy things and come back. We came back at 9 to order take out. Ordered our food and were told it would be ready in about20 to 30 minutes but they would call us when our order was ready. We were staying in the attached hotel so we went back to ourroom and waited for the call. 30 minutes passed and still no call so my husband walked down to see if it was ready and were toldit wasn't. He waited quite a bit longer until he asked someone else and at that time were informed that it had been ready beforehe even got there and had just been sitting there getting cold. No call, nothing! He brought the food back to our room and notonly was it cold, but part of the order was missing. My husband had to walk back down to ask for the missing part of our orderand in the meantime I noticed that there weren't any utensils and a couple of the items were so soggy and gross I wasn't aboutto eat it. I decided to walk down to the restaurant where my husband was still waiting for the missing items to be made andinformed them of the other discoveries and asked if i could just bring the food back and get a refund. They said no, and offeredto remake the food instead. At this point it was already after 10 and they were officially closed. I said I'd rather get arefund as they were closed and I don't want to eat at 11pm. They still said no. On top of that, not one person even apologized(except on girl after I left disgusted at the poor service and food quality). We spent around $100 for nothing butdisappointment.
