Spent my 31st birthday dinner here. Food was okay. Service was good. quite pricey but maybe cause of the location as well.

Well let me highlight our experience, we went in as 6adults and 3kids for dinner: - High chair that does not fit even a 2year... old - Took a long time for us to get the food, which was fine with us. But we did not get cutlery, plates, water after initialdish was served and had to ask for it separately. It was all surprising considering that they hardly had any guests. - Coming tothe food, it was bad to average at best. We ordered 6-7 different items, hardly one was good. - When you consider all this withtheir high prices, it just is not worth it. Read more

After taxes, tourism fee, and their minimum precanned tip option it was almost FIFTY DOLLARS for an order of pretty meh chicken... tenders and a lemonade. The fries were fresh but once the tiny amount of plum sauce ran out for the tenders it was prettyobvious how dry and bland they were. It would have also been an additional 6 dollars to upgrade the fries to onion rings. Theirpricing is absolutely insane even for a tourist trap. Great view if you get the window tables. Cocktails are amazing, loved it. Mashed potato didn?t have any flavour so go with fires... or cole slaw as your side. Chicken breast didn?t have a lot of flavour either but in all staff service and ambience was good. Read more

I cannot say enough how wonderful Jolene and Octavia were tonight. The Customer service and kindness showed by these 2 beautiful... ladies is remarkable and rare. Our food was excellent also! Read more

I almost never give a 1 star review, but I will never come back to this Applebee's ever. The service was VERY slow and they were... not even busy. The fries were soggy, the rest of the food was ok at best and the prices are just not worth it. We had to waitover 40 minutes and it wasn't easy with the kids. NEVER AGAIN! Read more

Clean and warm place. The service was very good and our host ( Alisha) was really nice ,kind and friendly.Everything was amazing... and was very nice and my wife and the kids loved their food and enjoyed it. Read more

The manager has the worst customer service. She needs to take a course on human communication. We waited two hours for our food... only to be served the wrong meal. Our boneless wings had bones. My chicken quesadilla was made with beef. My ceasar had no rim.Poor management! Please send corporate to review this location. Read more
