This Tim Hortons is a zombie freak show. The guy doing the drive thru with fake nails is absolutely ridiculous. All the... employees look like zombies. The glazed donut i got was 3 little bites. They took 20 minutes bringing out my chicken Chipotlewrap. Read more
My daily order "2 large double doubles" they usually never get it right. Half the time they only give me 1, which I have to tell... them I ordered 2, or they try to give me triple triples, which I take cause its close enough. Once they gave me double cream, nosugar. If the staff spent less time goofing off with each other and more time concentrated on their customers, it would bebetter. Also, when I place my order and I pull up to the window, I dont know if it is a game the staff plays, but they sayliterally 0 words to me. They dont repeat my order, dont tell me a total, just hold their hand out and I give them my card(usually I say hello or good morning) they scan my card and as it is processing they hand me my coffee, and and then my card.All without saying a single word. Damn - the coffee is good! Visited Niagara Falls and came all the way down here to try Tim Hortons and it was worth it! Loved... the coffee and the awesome customer service. Management needs to work on their food, it was very subpar, pastries were great! Read more
From PA and had never tried food from a Tim Hortons. Stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls. The location had a relatively new... appearance. We placed 5 orders for lunch with soup and sandwhich combinations. The employees seemed overwhelmed by the orderseven though they weren't that busy. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for the first order to be made. The food wasn't verygood and some of the paninis were so burnt the bread was black. Also, I watched the manager of this location "clean" a table bywiping the debris to the floor with a paper napkin. Looking around, most of the locals were ordering coffees and pastries nolunch items. I would not recommend this place for sandwiches. Read more
Would have rated higher except we were there for breakfast around 10:30 and they were already out of hash browns which made the... Farmer's Breakfast wrap not as good as it could be. Read more
