We got to experience the chicken and waffles (the 'dirty bird' itself) at the Erie County Fair. They had the food truck as a... fair stall base, and our food came out within a minute of our order. The chicken batter was crisp, the chicken cooked perfectly,and the waffle soft. I had worried that the sauce would be too heavy, but it was perfect - not too sweet or cloying, but aperfect amount for the chicken. While the sauce made the sandwich a bit messy, lots of good food is messy, and if you'reprepared, it's not a concern. We'll definitely be on the lookout for the truck in Buffalo, and see if we can't work our way upto Niagara Falls for the brick and mortar location too! Read more

We had the chicken and waffle skewer at the food truck during a festival which was absolutely delicious. I believe they use a... honey maple syrup that combines with the fried chicken beautifully. When we went to their actual location, we got the originalchicken and waffle sandwich which consists of the same ingredients as the skewer, but comes with fries. It was super tasty, buta little dry. If there was more syrup on the side to dip, it would be perfect. We also got the cornbread which was delicious. Ihighly recommend! Read more

I will just off by saying it is AMAZING! The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy with every bite. The boom boom shrimp had... just enough boom to dive in more. The wings were finger sticky juicy good! The sauce was their signature sauce forreference. And the dessert was a oreo waffle combo which didnt last long once it was opened. 10/10 for all the food. 5 stars The Mancuso family of batavia loves having to go dinner here and they?re open late. Raul the owner is awesome nothing... beats the chicken and waffle on a stick! what can I say 30 miles down the road from Batavia is Niagara Falls . Ordered through Doordash. First time trying it and we loved it! Food took a bit but the wait was 100% worth it!! Maple bourbon... sauce was excellent and the chicken was so juicy. Chicken Taco was delicious, loved the boom boom sauce on it gave it a greatkick of spice. Fish Fry Burrito was great also and went well with the side of mac and cheese. Overall it was a great experience,a great cheat day for sure and we'll definitely be coming back for some more!! Read more

The fried shrimp were absolutely excellent, the chicken tenders were top notch juicy chunks of chicken and the waffles were big... and crunchy and I could taste the buttermilk with every bite. I highly recommend this establishment to anybody in the mood fora quick bite. That is some of the best chicken and waffles I have had in a while! And I had some fresh they were delicious Ibrought them home and shared with my family and upon reheating in the air fryer they tasted almost as amazing as when they werefresh!
