Noone wore any hair nets,facial hair nets,hats or any proper covering of hair. cooks facial beard was NOT covered up at... all!!! Fry girl was dancing around with, ponytail flinging over food,no hair net or facial coverings while preparing the cookingfood. The ONLY person that was properly doing her job was the sub maker!!! Very rude and horrible workers! The guy that took my daughters order today was very disrespectful to my daughter for no reason.... Also the lady who was packaging the food was very rude and just disgusting. She try attempting to give my daughter food sheintentionally spit in. The woman thought my daughter didn?t see because her back was turned towards her friend but her friendhas caught it on camera. The young lady continually kept being rude to my daughter when my daughter ask for a refund. I can?tunderstand how this place is still in business! My daughter did nothing to the young lady for her to do such disgusting thing!To the owner please hired new workers myself and my family love you guys never had any issues in the past. Will be sure to stayaway from this establishment until better customer service is established! Read more

The food is extremely affordable. The staff tend to be friendly on most occasions. My favorite meal is the chicken California.... It's got chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone, and ranch. It's always been cooked to perfection. My fiance loves steak. He'stried probably three different steak subs from this location. They are average to say the least. He said he'd compare the steakto the frozen store bought steak-um's. Very little flavor and usually very dry. My fiance ordered jalapenos on his sub and ithad so little that we didn't even see them until digging through the sandwich. Then I asked for a small cup of jalapenos and thecook got frustrated saying he cooked then in the sandwich. Is that really how you treat a customer who is asking for a small cupof jalapenos because there was only one or two in the sandwich? If he was worried about cost I would have gladly paid extra forwhat I already asked for from the start. They have a variety of lemonades that are usually pretty good. I forgot to take thepicture of my drink before I started drinking it but I still wanted to share them. I got the peach lemonade on the left and myfiance got the strawberry lemonade on the right. Staff was amazing. Manager was doing maintenance on the small the cooler up front ,and staff was still able to keep up with the... orders. Cashier Riley was sweet and friendly. Food was cooked to perfection and serving size was better than expected. Willdefinitely recommend this place to others. My only issue was I asked for my food to go and I was given my food as eat in. I really enjoy Charley?s. I?ve been a few times at another location in Pennsylvania. But when we visited this location the... employees decided to change the closing time. We were at the counter before 740 pm at a location that closes at 8pm and weretold they were closed. If they want to change the time they close why not just change the store hours ? Terrible service andterrible management for allowing the employees to dictate the store hours depending on the day. Read more
